The facility boasts some of the deepest drafts in the US, at 6.4m (21ft) at its deepest, all set alongside some of the finest waterfront infrastructure and marine support services in the state, with 24-hour security and in-slip fueling, water and pump-out services available.CLEARING IN AND OUT OF THE USA ABOARD A YACHTThe entry and cruising requirements for foreign vessels and non-US citizens visiting the US varies by country of residence, so it’s always advised to check the official rules outlined by the local tourist board before traveling, or checking in with a local yacht agent.When navigating in US waters, non-US yacht crew and guests are expected to abide by standard US regulations pertaining to visa categories in B1 (for business) and B2 (for pleasure).Superyachts over 300 gross tons must file a Notice of Arrival (NOA) with the National Vessel Movement Center (NVMC) prior to arrival in the United States. Ş 4.94(c), in order to obtain a cruising license for a yacht, an application shall be filed with the Port Director and executed by either the yacht owner or the master which shall set forth the owner’s name and address and identify the vessel by flag, rig, name, and such other matters as are usually descriptive of a vessel. The application shall also include a description of the waters in which the yacht will cruise and a statement of the probable time it will remain in such waters. [Copy of coastwise empty container list for discharge if any.]*C) Please submit your ENOA/D to sans@nvmc.uscg.gov. with our office in copy within the following timeframes: 1. 5 days (foreign to US). 2. 2 days (US to US). 3. If the transit time from your last port is less than 96 hours away, you must submit you ENOA before departure of that port, but if your last port is less than 24 hours away, such as the Bahamas, you must submit your ENOA at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. 4. ENOD/ Notice of Departure must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to your departure from your last US port to foreign.D) Please ensure that all garbage is collected and secured. Garbage bins must be kept covered at all times. No garbage is to remain on deck.E) Please call if any change in ETA in the last 24 hrs prior arrival to pilot station.Next >
